James brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the tech startup realm, specializing in, product development, business development and operational leadership. His expertise lies in spearheading cross-functional Agile teams across diverse industries, including telecom, entertainment, internet, and banking.

With a keen sense for business strategy, James has been instrumental in laying foundational operational frameworks at pioneering companies like Tucows, Boat Rocker Media and XtremeLabs where he’s lead teams for notable brands such as Match.com, Tinder, Lyft and leading social media platforms . His leadership style is characterized by his ability to bridge the gap between product groups and development teams, fostering environments that consistently deliver successful and market-ready products. While James has a notable track record in producing apps and games for renowned TV shows like Orphan Black, Killjoys, The Next Step, and The Treehouse TV Kids, his primary focus has always been on driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence.

In his spare time James enjoys cooking international dishes and spending time with his amazing partner Daisy. He has two awesome daughters, a dog, and a cat.
